Here at the Jamestown Housing Authority (JHA), our sworn mission is to provide safe, comfortable and affordable rental housing to the citizens of Jamestown, NY, and the surrounding area.

Our Goal
Based upon the boundaries of our mission, we remain in constant pursuit of our #1 Goal. That is, to help alleviate the housing needs of those who look to us for help; and to do so in the most practical, yet compassionate manner possible.

Our Vision
In keeping with the spirit of those who first created public and assisted housing, the JHA continues to strive for perfection; This would be a scenario where every deserving individual could enjoy adequate and affordable shelter-care living with both dignity and respect they deserve. To this end, our agency remains dedicated to maintaining its present facilities in the best possible manner, while keeping a watchful eye on the future housing needs of the community we serve.
